Compass Point Dive Resort is excited to announce a new underwater photography workshop - This time Led by award-winning photographers Brook Peterson and Luca Crudeli!

Taking place from September 28 - October 5, 2024, in the warm, colorful waters of Grand Cayman, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss. Known for its friendly Southern Stingrays at Stingray City, Grand Cayman offers endless opportunities to practice unique photography techniques. The island is also home to the Kittiwake wreck, a ship purposefully sunk in 60 feet of clear water, providing the perfect backdrop for mastering techniques for shooting shipwrecks.

If you're ready to sharpen your skills one of the best locations you could ask for, join us in East End, Grand Cayman for an underwater photography workshop designed to enhance your photography skills, whether you're a beginner or a professional.

Typical Schedule:

• Arrival Day - Welcome presentation in the evening

• Day 1 –  AM two tank dive -pool session in the afternoon-Evening presentation

• Day 2  – AM two tank dive  / PM two tank dive

• Day 3 – AM two tank dive / PM one tank dive

• Day 4 – AM Three tank safari dive  (inc Kittiwake)

• Day 5 – AM Dawn Stingray  / PM Dive

• Day 6 - AM two tank dive

The workshop includes:

• 7 Nights accommodation Compass Point Dive Resort

• One- and Two-bedroom accommodations are available.

• 6 days of diving

• A Rental Car per condominium is included for the entire stay – collect at the airport and return to the airport so it acts as your transfer.

• Includes all room taxes.

Workshop does not include:

• Flights to and from Grand Cayman Airport

• Insurance and environmental fees are not included and are the responsibility of the renter directly with Avis.

• No meals are included except for lunch on the 3-tank safari day and an evening buffet on the last night.

• (There are grocery stores between the airport and the resort.  The condominiums have full kitchens. We suggest you stop for groceries before you check in. Alternatively, there is a restaurant at the resort, and several restaurants nearby.)

The price for this exclusive workshop varies based on the type of accommodation.

$2315 per person for double occupancy in a one-bedroom condominium
$2585 per person for double occupancy in a two-bedroom condominium
$2915 per person for single occupancy in a one-bedroom condominium
